Des milliers de robots s’activent dans les entrepôts du géant chinois du commerce en ligne, Alibaba, comme chez son concurrent américain, Amazon. Quasiment sans présence humaine.

Selon la Banque mondiale, entre 1990 et 2007, le déploiement des robots aura eu un effet massif sur l’emploi : en moyenne, aux États-Unis, l’implantation d’un robot pour 1 000 salariés fait disparaître cinq à six postes de travail. Près de 70 % des emplois dans les pays développés seraient concernés par la robotisation.
