Poland: Quarantine and Isolation Statement
Gov.pl website (02.12.2020) Insured persons in quarantine or isolation (including at home) are entitled to sickness benefits. In principle, you do not need to submit a declaration to receive the benefit. The IT system of the e-Health Center is a system from which the Social Insurance Institution obtains information about the imposed quarantine or isolation and places it on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS) . It is seen both by the insured and his employer.

Japan: Business Sustainable Subsidy
Jizokuka-kyufukin (01.09.2020) One time subsidy for small and medium-sized enterprises and sole proprietors whose sales of any month from January to December reduced by at least 50% compared to that of last year. The amount is 2,000,000 yen maximum for SMEs, and 1,000,000 yen maximum for sole proprietors including freelances. Application can be done online during 1st May 2020 to 15th January 2021.
Readiness of working remotely: Actions taken by the Public Pension Agency of Saudi Arabia (PPA) under the Covid19- pandemic
(May 2020) The readiness of PPA enabled it to continue providing services electronically immediately after suspending the attendance in wokplaces. Thus, PPA managed to adopt the method of working remotely for all employees (+700 employees) participate in this new method of work, by taking an integrated set of effective actions and measures, adopted from the Saudi Vision 2030 and PPA Strategy 2022.

Georgia: Registration to receive assistance in the amount of 200 GEL for children through the age of 17 is taking place on a special portal
Government of Georgia (16.08.2020) Registration to receive assistance in the amount of 200 GEL for children through the age of 17 is taking place on a special portal at http://daxmareba.moh.gov.ge/. Registration will be open until 1 December. The disbursement of financial assistance will begin in September this year. The provision of assistance in the amount of 200 GEL for each child through the age of 17 became possible as a result of the mobilization of finances in the StopCoV Fund with the help of Georgian citizens, Bidzina Ivanishvili, and businesses.

Réunion: The digital check: Strengthened to support meeting companies
Réunion region (13.04.2020) To support small Reunion Island companies in the implementation of teleworking and encourage their digital transition, the Region has decided to strengthen its “Digital Check” so that it responds more effectively to current needs. Thus, the procedures are simplified and the subsidy rate goes from 50% to 80% (the subsidy ceiling going from € 2,000 to € 3,200). Projects can now include consulting and data security services to support companies in the implementation of teleworking.
