Through Resolution 37/2021 published today in the Official Gazette, ANSES expanded its virtual procedures. Now you can manage at www.anses.gob.ar/informacion/atencion-virtual the request for the payment of fees, a one-time payment, the accrual of a pension benefit due to death and assistance for the start of the Honorary Pension of Veterans of War.

This modality intensified its use when the executive director of ANSES, Fernanda Raverta , declared the organization an essential activity in May of last year, therefore, to date, 4,389,617 procedures have been carried out. Likewise, the average number of procedures resolved monthly is 440 thousand. 

These new steps are in addition to those already in force: start of retirements and pensions; pension for the death of a retiree or worker; activation of a suspended retirement or pension; Withdrawal for Disability; Universal Allowance for Pregnancy; Family's asignations; Unemployment benefit; appointment of proxies; updating of personal and family data; change of social work for workers and retirees; claims of the Home Program.
