Greece: Greece Expands Funding for Job Support Program

The National Herald (10.06.2020) From June 15 until July 31, the state will pay 60 percent of employers’ social insurance contributions for workers under suspension, offering an additional incentive to enterprises to maintain or raise job positions, Labour and Social Affairs Minister Yiannis Vroutsis said.

Este fondo de apoyo es parte del paquete de ayuda aprobado por el gobierno y el Congreso para mitigar el impacto de la emergencia por el coronavirus en la economía familiar. Con el nuevo aporte, se cubrirán alrededor de 2 millones 838 mil 893 usuarios.
