Neu soll in der AHV ein Referenzalter von 65 Jahren für Frauen und Männer gelten. Ausgleichsmassnahmen bei den Frauen sind vorgesehen. Der Zeitpunkt der Pensionierung wird flexibilisiert, sodass zwischen 62 und 70 Jahren die ganze Rente oder ein Teil davon bezogen werden kann.
