España: Hacienda prestará 15.000 millones a la Seguridad Social para las pensiones

El País (14.01.2019) Los Presupuestos de 2019 vuelven a incluir un préstamo de Hacienda a la Seguridad Social para pagar las pensiones. Ascenderá a unos 15.000 millones, el equivalente al 1,2% del PIB, apuntan fuentes de Trabajo. Es una cantidad parecida a la de 2018 y supera los 10.000 millones de 2017. Estos créditos cubren el desfase entre lo recaudado por cotizaciones y lo pagado en pensiones para las pagas de verano y Navidad. Así evitan que se agote el Fondo de Reserva.

France: Ce que change la fusion des régimes de retraites Agirc et Arrco

Le Monde (02.01.2019) L’Agirc et Arrco ne font plus qu’un. L’impact sur les salariés ? Ils vont voir leurs points convertis, mais surtout leurs cotisations modifiées.  Jusqu’à l’année dernière, deux régimes de retraite complémentaire coexistaient pour les salariés. L’Arrco, à laquelle tous cotisent, et l’Agirc, qui ne concerne que les cadres. Ces derniers disposent donc, à terme, de deux pensions complémentaires. Cette dualité a disparu le 1er janvier 2019.

[Report] OECD: Improvements to pension systems have made them better placed to deliver pensions

OECD (03.12.2018) Improvements in the design of pension systems over the last decade in OECD countries have made them more financially sustainable and governments should now focus on ensuring they provide people with an adequate retirement income, according to a new OECD report. The OECD Pensions Outlook 2018 says that governments face challenges includng population ageing, low returns on retirement savings, low growth, less stable employment careers and insufficient pension coverage among some groups of workers.

boursorama (23.11.2018) Au 1er janvier 2019, les régimes de retraite complémentaire Agirc et Arrco fusionnent. A cette occasion, de nouvelles conditions de départ à la retraite sont mises en place. Si vous êtes salarié du privé, le montant de votre retraite complémentaire va être majoré ou minoré de manière temporaire en fonction de votre âge de départ à la retraite. Ce mécanisme est appelé bonus/malus ou coefficient de solidarité.

This remark was made by Al-Hajraf at the inauguration of the 19th conference of the International Conference of Social Security Actuaries, Statisticians and Investment Specialists which kicked off on Kuwait Tuesday under aegis of His Highness the Amir.
