The New York Times (19.10.2015) With the Affordable Care Act’s third open enrollment period to begin in less than two weeks, federal officials are racing to fix new features of HealthCare.gov that are supposed to make it easy for consumers to find insurance plans that cover their doctors and prescription drugs.

They include “seven tips to better health at community level.” The measures announced by the minister, Dr. Elioda Tumwesigye are also meant to ensure that the goal of the health sector, which is attainment of a good standard of health by all people in Uganda, is achieved.
