Government of Georgia (16.08.2020) Registration to receive assistance in the amount of 200 GEL for children through the age of 17 is taking place on a special portal at http://daxmareba.moh.gov.ge/. Registration will be open until 1 December. The disbursement of financial assistance will begin in September this year. The provision of assistance in the amount of 200 GEL for each child through the age of 17 became possible as a result of the mobilization of finances in the StopCoV Fund with the help of Georgian citizens, Bidzina Ivanishvili, and businesses.

Registration to receive assistance in the amount of 200 GEL for children through the age of 17 is taking place on a special portal at http://daxmareba.moh.gov.ge/

Assistance is provided on the basis of an application filled out on the electronic portal by one of the child's parents or a legal representative.

Registration will be open until 1 December.

The disbursement of financial assistance will begin in September this year.

If a person is unable to register via the electronic portal, he/she should apply to:
Any territorial unit of the LEPL Social Service Agency;
Justice Houses and Community Centers of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia;
The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and local self-governments;
Liberty Bank branches.
The following information must be provided in order to register via the electronic portal:
The child's name and surname, date of birth, and personal ID number;
The name, surname, and personal ID number of the parent or legal representative;
The banking information (bank account number in a commercial banking institution) of the parent or legal representative;
A mobile phone number, for the purpose of receiving short text messages.

If the Public Service Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice fails to verify the relationship between the child and the parent, a copy of the child's birth certificate will need to be uploaded to the electronic portal during the registration process.

If the LEPL Agency for State Care and Assistance for the (Statutory) Victims of Human Trafficking fails to verify the relationship between the child and the legal representative, a copy of the decision to appoint a legal guardian/caregiver will need to be uploaded to the electronic portal during the registration process.

The relevant documentation can be uploaded to the electronic portal around the clock.

The provision of assistance in the amount of 200 GEL for each child through the age of 17 became possible as a result of the mobilization of finances in the StopCoV Fund with the help of Georgian citizens, Bidzina Ivanishvili, and businesses.

The program is being implemented within the framework of the 3rd Stage of the Anti-Crisis Plan of the Government of Georgia for the purpose of providing care and social support to the citizens of Georgia.
