France: Lutte contre la fraude aux prestations sociales : le Défenseur des droits alerte sur les atteintes aux droits des usagers

defenseurdesdroits (septembre 2017) Le Défenseur des droits, Jacques Toubon publie aujourd’hui un rapport intitulé « Lutte contre la fraude aux prestations sociales : à quel prix pour les droits des usagers ? » dans lequel il a identifié et évalué les effets des dispositifs de lutte contre la fraude aux prestations sociales sur les droits des usagers des services publics. Il relève que l’usager est pris en tenaille entre une procédure déclarative d’accès aux prestations sociales, simplifiée mais propice aux erreurs et un dispositif de lutte contre la fraude de plus en plus étoffé.
