After the patient's call, the doctor suggests an appointment for a teleconsultation. The patient then receives an SMS and an email with the time of the appointment. At the agreed time, the patient connects, using SMS or email, and finds himself in touch with the professional. In this case, the doctor can exchange documents with the patient and send him a prescription via the tool in a secure manner.
Teleconsultations between healthcare professionals and patients using “ Médiconsult ” tool. If only a patient has a smartphone, a tablet or a computer equipped with a webcam, a microphone and a speaker, they can have teleconsultation with healthcare professionals.

How it works ?
- in immediate care : The symptomatic patient, calls his doctor for an immediate opinion. If the professional is available, the patient gives him his mobile number, the professional, using the “ Mediconsult ” tool , sends him an SMS with a link on his phone. By clicking on it, the video transmission starts automatically.
- in programmed charge : After the patient's call, the doctor suggests an appointment for a teleconsultation. The patient then receives an SMS and an email with the time of the appointment. At the agreed time, the patient connects, using SMS or email, and finds himself in touch with the professional. In this case, the doctor can exchange documents with the patient and send him a prescription via the tool in a secure manner.
