As part of this revision, by decree dated July 20, 2020, Jacques Billant, Prefect of Reunion Island, extended the system of free jobs to people who are coming out of other integration pathways, and more particularly those in favor of disabled workers. This extension marks the State's desire to mobilize this mechanism for the return to employment, in the commercial sector, of the most vulnerable people.

People who have benefited from:
• qualifying, diploma or certification training for people with recognition of the status of disabled workers (RQTH) are now eligible for this scheme;
• work-study contracts (apprenticeship contract or professionalization contract) for people who are recognized as disabled workers (RQTH);
• the Gadiamb contract;
• the Boussole contract.

To date, 426 direct jobs have been signed in the territory, 43 of which are for people on the path to integration. Since the end of confinement, the integration operators have been mobilized.

Associations and companies wishing to be part of this system are invited to approach the services of Pôle-emploi, local missions, and Cap emploi as of now for the submission of offers and the connection with job seekers.
