In these circumstances, ensuring the equality of treatment in social security for migrant workers is of critical importance. The integration of Student Certificates to the Health Benefits Rights Programme
The integration of student certificates to the Health Benefits Rights Programme (SPAS) involves the electronic flow of data between the Turkish Social Security Institution (SSI) and both the Higher Education Institution (YÖK) and the National Education Ministry (MEB) on up-to-date student certificates.
The groundwork to develop the software started at the beginning of 2013, and finished at the end of 2013, but the entire project was completed in February 2014 and the flow of data on student certificates began electronically.

The programme of deduction of Temporary Incapacity Allowances from premium (contribution) payments
Provision 18 of the Social Insurance and Universal Health Insurance Law (Code Number 5510) states that temporary incapacity allowances may be paid by employers by deducting the amount from their premium (contribution) payments.
The programme implements the deduction between the Turkish Social Security Institution and employers who signed a specific protocol with the SSI on the acceptance of the automatic deduction via e-payment (for the Temporary Incapacity Allowances) programme.

The premium pension system has one of the world's most powerful discount models, giving pension savers the opportunity to save in UCITS-funds with substantially lower fund fees. This gives our pension savers an average 15-20% higher premium pension.
In 2015, the fund companies took out approximately 6.2 billion SEK in fees from our funds' shares. 4.2 billion SEK (67%) was paid back to the Swedish Pensions Agency and will be distributed back to the pension savers.
