Minimum worker indicators for auditing - New instrument to create a perception of risk

One of the main problems in our society is undeclared employment, with the consequences that it entails, especially in its impact on the most vulnerable sectors of society.

This problem raised the need to develop new auditing instruments to contribute effectively to the fight against informality and social exclusion. One of these instruments is the implementation of Minimum Worker Indicators (Indicadores Mínimos de Trabajadores (IMT)), which contributes to social inclusion.

Online Work Registration System - Electronic auditing

The "Trabajo Registrado en Línea" (TRL) (Online Work Registration) system is an auditing tool which enables the information that the employer submits in his monthly social security sworn statements to be consulted online, as well as other information from the auditing body's databases, which can then be immediately compared with the economic reality observed during on-site inspections.

Digital labour and social security documents - One-stop shop for data (digital payroll)

A joint project by the Federal Administration of Public Resources (AFIP) and the Ministry of Labour which simplifies employers' obligations and reduces the administrative burden related to "work" and "social security", ensuring the quality and consistency of information.

The application involves uploading a file each month, making it possible to fulfil all obligations in a single act and to obtain the following documents in digital form:

National Healthy Workers Programme

The international community discusses the impact of noncommunicable diseases (NCD) such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, tobacco-related diseases and cancer, among others. NCDs account for 60% of morbidity and mortality rates worldwide. In Argentina, this percentage is even higher, reaching 80%, according to the study published by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2014: Noncommunicable Diseases (NCD) Country Profiles 2014.

My Mobile ANSES

In only one year of implementation, this application reached more than 190,000 total downloads in Android systems, with a rating of 3.72 stars out of 5, assigned by users.

National Prevention Programme for Different Branches of Activity

The National Prevention Programme for Different Branches of Activity formulates policies to prevent occupational risks in a multi-sectoral manner. In terms of risks and the impact of work accidents, the particularities of different branches of activity, both from goods and service industries, has motivated the Superintendency to undertake the initiative of launching this program.

"Consultas ANSES": Answering queries via social networks

This good practice, Consultas ANSES, was aimed at creating a new channel of direct communication with citizens through social networks, with the objective of answering queries on social security programmes and benefits in an easy and fast way. This application for online queries is directed to social networks users and, in a year of implementation, managed to answer in real time their most frequently asked questions (FAQ) and to solve complex queries by means of a personalized customer service.

Implementation of occupational therapy services in primary health care

The main line of action of the Mutual Association for the Protection of the Family is to provide for the health of its members; to that end, it promotes the primary health care model, which provides access to an inclusive, participatory and effective healthcare system.
