In the framework of the policies for technological innovation of management, the resource My Mobile ANSES was created with the purpose of achieving fluid and direct communication via the mobile phone. This application seeks to facilitate and expedite the paperwork and queries that citizens carry out daily. In only one year of implementation, this application reached more than 190,000 total downloads in Android systems, with a rating of 3.72 stars out of 5, assigned by users. Moreover, the Administration has managed to channel queries through mobile devices, eliminating the need to establish a telephone contact or come personally to an office. The lessons learnt relate to the benefits and the transformation of linkages with citizens achieved thanks to the innovation and application of new communication technologies in the field of attention to the public. Due to its characteristics and effectiveness, this good practice can be replicated in any social security institution looking for excellence and social inclusion.
