This is according to the minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development, Janat Mukwaya in a statement.

Il faut attribuer cette décrue à l’orientation des chômeurs vers des stages de formation. Le sous-emploi et le chômage de longue durée, quant à eux, augmentent fortement.
