The amount of Child Care Allowance (CCA) for children under 18 months depends on whether or not the child is firstborn and on mother’s wage prior to maternity/childcare leave. Non-working mothers (or mothers pursuing studies) are entitled to the minimum amount of CCA. On May11, 2020, the minimum amount of allowance was increased from RUB 3375 (US$46) to RUB 6751 (US$92) per month.
