The Honduran government is distributing aroung 20,000 food rations a day to people who remain in quarantine,locked in their homes for fear of being infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19). The program will reach some 800,000 families across the country. Food aid is part of the "Honduras Solidaria" program,headed by military personnel from the National Risk Management System (Sinager).
