The ¢ 12,000 million released by the luxury pension tax have a new owner: the 126,000 people who receive money from the Non-contributory Regime (RNC) of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS). Of the beneficiaries,72% are elderly. The ¢ 12,000 million is equivalent to 10,000 RNC pensions,as confirmed by the independent deputy Zoila Rosa Volio.
