The law Aldir Blanc, sanctioned by the president in late June, establishes an emergency allowance of R$ 600 for art and culture workers. It will be paid in three installments.

Professionals who have been working in the sector in the last two years, with earnings of up to R$ 28,500 in 2018 can apply for this benefit.
