Changing data coding in any field would directly or indirectly result in improvement in service quality, growth of financial resources and reduction of services’ fixed prices, if there is a defined standard. Statistical classifications are standard frameworks for presenting economic analyses and reliable measure for reviewing labour market and calculating the economic factors regarding the demography, production and human resources. Data codes of economic activities of the ISSO which were produced based on internal needs, were not so similar to the national and international standard codes. Hence, in 2017, the ISSO succeeded to adjust the existing codes with the 4th edition of international standard industrial classification of all economic activities (ISIC), and in 2018, could establish ISIC codes in the newly installed comprehensive system.
