Annual Declaration Project

The Abu Dhabi Pension perform the process of annual declaration on yearly basis by communicating all pensioners/beneficiaries members in order to visit the Abu Dhabi Pension headquarter and to recognize their confirmation to the terms of eligibility (or not) and to provide the required documents from the courts, health authorities, universities and others entities. Abu Dhabi Pension perform the archiving of all collected information and documents electronically for a period of (6) months at a minimum, and then begin the members visits through the Abu Dhabi Pension “outreach” service) in order to meet the members either pensioner or beneficiaries who are Elderly, people with special needs and minors to recognize their eligibility for continuity of disbursement of their pensions salary. By the end of the annual declaration process, the Abu Dhabi Pension will suspend some members that do not come to Abu Dhabi Pension headquarters to perform the declaration their pension salary from the disbursement of pensions until they visit the Abu Dhabi Pension by declaring the required conditions. The Abu Dhabi Pension has defined a roadmap and initiated the annual declaration project that will perform all required integrations with our government partners who own the respective data for the Abu Dhabi Pension business service that will become later the main input for annual declaration process
