Data Integration between Public Authority for Social Insurance and related government organisations

Improving the data accuracy and simplifying the process of registration for the employers and their insured persons are always taking consideration by Public Authority for Social Insurance. Previously , Public Authority for Social Insurance was completely depending on the information submitting by the employers for new registration or updating information related to their employees , which has not achieved the accuracy of the required information. On September 2014, Public Authority for Social Insurance initiated a project to integrate the whole information of registration system with (Ministry of ManPower, Civil Status and Ministry of Commerce) through the Data Base Link and webserver. All the data, which is concerned to the employers and insured persons are extracted electronically and automatically from the precise sources. This integration enhanced the accuracy of registration's data, prevent the avoidance from registration and save the time and efforts on registration processes. Besides, this integration improve the efficiency of social security from both sides of contribution and benefit and improve economic stabilization as well as all the data linked together.
