Since the start of BPJS Kesehatan in January 1 2014, till May 1 2018 the coverage of participants are 197 million, there were highnumber of visits to the Branch Offices. During the participants registration process, there were an average of 70.000-100.000 visits every day all Branch Offices in Indonesia wide (average per Banch Office is 700-1000 visits), meaning that there was no certainty regarding the queues and service times for the participants. This causes very long queues in the Branch offices due to the number of visitors outnumbering the facilities and service rooms that are available. Based on this condition, the management has innovated by putting a lot of several efforts in order to speed up the registration service process to reduce the registration service process. Through Fast Track, No Waiting Policy, we are able to provide a solution to the participants which are short service times (no queues) of 3 minutes and efficient service because the turnover in the waiting rooms becomes much faster so that service for the participants can be more comfortable and conducive.
