GOSI's e-services have been introduced gradually and improved upon with the passing of time as well as branched out into more and more advanced frontiers. These services were necessary to face the following challenges: • Growth of establishments, contributors and beneficiaries • Expansion in new geographical areas to offer services for expanding businesses. • Service deterioration due to growth: lengthy lines, crowded parking lots, poor response time, process delays, cumbersome and inductive errors due to large volume. GOSI is seeking to achieve multiple goals by providing these e-services (Taminaty - E – Employers Certification - Bank Compliance Services) are as follows: • Improve customers’ service level: offering flexible, personalized and efficient service, bringing the service closer to the customer and minimizing or eliminating the effort on the customer, such as driving to the nearest field office, etc. • Develop strong and more effective relationships between GOSI and stakeholders. • Provide more accurate, reliable & timely information. • Protect rights of the insured and minimize fraud in case of any. • Integrate with other entities to have information readily available at all times
