Business Process Manager

The Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS) faced several challenges in conducting services which affect the quality and cost provided. PIFSS set the following objective to tackle these challenges:
 

  • Reducing time and cost needed to manage client requests.

     
  • Linking PIFSS branches.

     
  • Avoiding user faults.

     
  • Interconnecting different PIFSS systems behind one layer.

     
  • Achieving work transparency.

     
  • Issuing analytic and periodical reports.
     

PIFSS created the BPM system to tackle the above issues. The following is a description of the PIFSS-BPM:
