The Swiss Supreme Court ruled that the country's companies must pay part of the rent for their employees if they work from home at the request of the companies. The decision, which was adopted in April 2019, was ratified this week in the case of a company that alleged that it had not reached an agreement with its worker before the COVID-19 pandemic and therefore did not feel obligated to pay part of the rent.
