For the employer, the obligation to report / communicate to the Institute remains.The local health authority or the private hospital / health structure of the injured staff, as public or private employers, are required to report / report the accident to Inail as for other accident cases. Furthermore, the obligation of the certifying doctor to transmit the accident medical certificate to the Institute is confirmed.
