As part of the General organization for Social Insurance "GOSI” strategic objective to improve customer satisfaction and to continue the efforts in improving the social insurance benefits, in line with the Saudi vision 2030, which aims to improve transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of regulation and improve the public sector engagement with key stakeholders. GOSI has conducted its first public consultation on proposed amendments to certain articles of the social insurance law to enable the public who are concerned and interested to submit their comments and observations on the organization website. Also, any new regulatory proposal on the social insurance law in the future will be published on GOSI website to enable stakeholders to be part of the decision making process. GOSI used for the consultation an online survey that presents the articles before and after amendments and ask the public to express their views and observations on them. After that, GOSI review and analyse all comments received from the public and the outcome of the analysis will be fed into a revised draft of the proposal and it will be sent for final approval by the government.
