The ISSA Guidelines is an important reference for BPJS Kesehatan since it sets a specific guidelines for social service organizations. Risk management focuses on 4 areas of governance in the implementation of social services, namely: 1. Financial Sustainability 2. Good Investment 3. Coverage, members premium and service 4. Management of Human Resources & Information Technology For this, BPJS Kesehatan deems it necessary to align the BPJS Kesehatan Integrated Risk Management Guidelines with due observance of the factors set forth in the ISSA Guidelines.
