Automating the working relationship between health-care professionals involves eliminating the need for insured persons to visit the offices of the National Social Security Fund for Non-Salaried Workers (Caisse nationale de sécurité sociale des non-salariés  ‒ CASNOS) to obtain approval by medical supervisors of prescribed medication, thereby improving relations with our partners by granting them access to the following services:

For insured persons:

• avoid the inconvenience of having to visit an office of the CASNOS;
• access by pharmacists to medical information at all times to prevent interaction with other medications.

For the pharmacist:

• automated invoice transfer via an FTP portal;
• follow-up on their reimbursement slips, since payment is required by agreement within 15 days;
• uploading of valid updates on CASNOS beneficiaries and their dependants through the FTP portal;
• uploading medication lists through the FTP portal.

For the CASNOS:

• consultation of patients’ medication history and prevention of abuse;
• automation of the relationship between the pharmacist and medical supervisors;
• avoid the inconvenience of travel to a CASNOS office.
