In recent years, the National Social Security Administration (Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES)) has become an agency for the rapid implementation of public policies related to the social rights of citizens. To this end, the ANSES made available a range of new services by means of an online system that generates new forms to access benefits in real-time.
This includes the use of an open source software to edit and distribute new web forms, articulating all operational and organizational data services, along with the uploading of business and validation rules in order to facilitate the immediate pre-approval of claims for benefits.
Highly complex validation, control and business rules are introduced by policy experts. The system operates by means of an artificial intelligence (AI) inference engine. It looks up data contained in different BD of the Administration in order to determine rights to benefits.
It also includes the possibility of establishing a workflow for the approval of claims, as well as the incorporation of digital signature in the various levels of decision making, reducing the need for printing within the Administration.
