Preventing professional risks requires teamwork and network efforts. Our experience as a Mutual Fund that employs 2,233 officials and provides care services of every sort to approximately 83,000 associates indicates that it is essential to work on the continuous improvement of the promotion, prevention, and health care in the workplace. Therefore, on March 2012 we created the Bipartite Commission on Health and Employment Security (Comisión Bipartita de Salud y Seguridad Laboral (CO.S.SE.LA.)) formed by a multidisciplinary team with roles in Institutional Management, Technical Management, workers' representation, Occupational Physician, Safety and Health Technician, and Psychologists.
The promotion of a prevention culture is generally a priority for us, just like the assistance and reintegration of those affected by pathologies that prevent them from working. This task involves strategic and coordinated actions that can only be carried out through a multidisciplinary approach and that convey an efficient and effective management of the human development in our institution, and its impact on the security and social justice of our country.
