  • Nowadays, new technologies offer the opportunity to improve the quality of life of those who use them. In its mission to contribute to the satisfaction and overall wellbeing of its beneficiaries, as well as to provide better quality services, the State Employees' Social Security and Social Services Institute (Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE)) has been constantly innovating.
     
  • The Personal Payment Form (Formato de Pagos de Individuales (FOPI)) is one of the benefits that the Institute makes available to its affiliates. This instrument is used by the ISSSTE General Treasury to raise total or partial payments on personal loans.
     
  • In September 2013, the generation of the FOPI was automatized by means of the Institute’s Virtual Office, offering to its affiliates the possibility of avoiding the journey to the ISSSTE offices to complete this process, achieving a more efficient and transparent administration of payments on personal loans.
