The Conectar Igualdad Programme is a digital inclusion policy, established by Decree No. 459/2010, provides every student and teacher in state secondary schools, teacher training institutes and special education schools in the whole country with a netbook. The Programme is managed by an Executive Committee chaired by Mr Diego Bossio, Executive Director of the National Social Security Administration (Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES)). Representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Federal Planning, Public Investment and Services are also on the Committee.
