Members are regularly and promptly informed about the benefits due to them under the social security programme.

Mechanism

The management should provide the members of the social security institution with complete and easy-to-understand regular statements on the benefits due to them, by any means deemed appropriate, or at the request of members.

The management should ensure that members understand and are regularly informed about their programme benefits and about any changes that will affect their current obligations and/or future benefits.
