Mechanism
- The head of the communication unit, in close collaboration with relevant internal units, should define a set of criteria for the corporate design and branding which are aligned with the institution’s mission and vision.
- The communication unit should design the official forms of all types of communication materials, including a standard set of templates, signatures, formats, screens, visual aids and other communication tools. It should prescribe the tone of voice and communication style to be used by the institution in all its communications, whether written or digital.
- It may be cost-effective to retain external professionals with specialized expertise to develop corporate design.
