The Job Retention Grant Program is designed to help employers keep their workers on the payroll.
Applicants can receive a grant for up to 125% of two months of their 2019 average monthly payroll costs, up to a maximum of $250,000, a news release says.
The grant money is being paid for with $15 million in federal money and was appropriated for this use by the state legislature.
