Performing pre-recruitment medical examinations or performing it during the first year of employment of the worker is necessary to assess the physical and mental capacity of the worker. In this regard: 1- The medical booklets of all of the main insured are issued with the validity of 2 month to make them undergo the medical examinations. 2- All the main insured persons with less than 1 year of employment and contribution payment in the last workplace who apply for receiving short-term liabilities shall undergo medical examinations or their situation in this regard shall be determined. 3- If the examination results are not submitted to the ISSO during the said period, the employer will be informed in writing
