The Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS) has endeavored, since its establishment, to provide a better service to all its subscribers and clients, relying on an automated system in transferring its legal data, in order to implement its procedures, and to face the increasing number of subscribers. To this end, PIFSS has provided a complete set of smart solutions developed using the latest technologies specialized in the conversion from manual transactions to electronic transactions in the so-called “Automation of Procedures and Correspondence System”, paperless solution and help saving environment. The aim for this solution to minimize the use of physical files which save the documents from lost or damage, to improve the performance of employees and build a well-defined procedures to follow, and help opening more new branches geographically studied to be easy to reach for all subscribers which will work with no physical files. There were 2 phases in this practice, first one to transfer most of procedures, internal and external, to be electronically accomplish and easy to monitor.
