Improving service quality

Main idea
The Government Sector Insurance Fund (GSIF) supports improving the quality of services, and simplification of procedures to ensure full speed and accuracy required.
 
Primary goal
Improving and developing insurance services to clients in corporeal and incorporeal ways to ensure client satisfaction, meet their needs and provide an integrated insurance scheme that ensures a dignified life and consistent care.
 
Ways to achieve the goal
Fund achievements during the three previous years are:
1. Expansion in building a large number of branch offices, especially in distant cities.
2. Increasing the number of new employees, training them and improving their scientific and practical level.
3. Applying a new electronic pension payment (Visa) system for pensioners through Automated Teller Machines (ATM) throughout all provinces of Egypt by specialized companies.
4. Expanding the use of technology by launching an internal web portal for the workers to facilitate their work and shorten the time required to perform their duties.
5. Studying social security legislation and laws and making many legislative changes that led to doubled pensions disbursed currently and raising the minimum pension.
