Mechanism
- The management should ensure that it has the required resources and instruments, such as:
- Training capacity to meet the needs of jobseekers and employers, such as group training in specialized centres, one-to-one training, work placement or a return to the education system;
- A specialized capacity geared towards the vulnerable, such as screening of competencies and skills, intensive support, pre-training with a focus on attitudes that are necessary for reintegration, work placements, mentored work and subsidized jobs;
- Access to a network of service providers and placement agencies in both the public and private sectors, to ensure the coordination of offers and the provision of services for jobseekers.
