The Social Security Strategic Plan for the year 2017-2019 gave great attention to the distinguished services and that obivious in its Forth strategic objective « Enhance mental image of the corporation that contribute to extend the umbrella of social protection». and one of the most important value of SSC is the excellence service which is the basis of building all the policies, strategies and plans that have been developed to exceed the customer expectation. Depending on that JSSC launched its campaigns to communicate with its stakeholders and partners to share their issues, problems, services and benefits of JSSC. One of the most important partner and customer services is the pensioners, who need financial supports after retirement and have very low pensions that can’t allow them to have loans to meet their different needs from financial banks or even starting small projects. In 2016 JSSC took its social responsibility role and launched an iniative for its pensioners and their survivors especially the widowers of the deceased insureds or pensioners , the iniative name was Guarantee Better life after Retirement through Pesioner’s loans. In 2017 The total number of the pensioners who recieved these loans was 6302 pernsioners, while the total number of the benefited widowers was 729.The total number of the loans was 16072. The total amount of the loans was JD 51 million. The highest amount of the loans granted was JD 10 thousand
