The portal was generated in order to provide, in a single location accessible in a secure manner (user ID and password), a range of information for various groups wanting to exchange data with the Bank Employees’ Pension Fund (Caja de Jubilaciones y Pensiones Bancarias – CJPB), namely:

• Active members
• Inactive members
• Affiliated institutions
• Various institutions with which information on payments and/or account information is exchanged

Security features required by audits were incorporated to ensure data integrity. This removes the need for members to visit headquarters, or to exchange data on magnetic media by post with all the risks and delays that this implies, while adding the possibility of third-party provision of some of the data elements, thereby enhancing the trust of our members and partner institutions.

The initiative was complemented by the introduction of a personalized assistance service in order to help the most vulnerable groups – our inactive members – monitoring their access to the portal and acting proactively to assist them as users on line.
