Medical check-ups must form part of the improved health care system with its mission of providing advice, analysis and monitoring.
The policy of the National Social Insurance Fund for Employees (Caisse nationale des assurances sociales des travailleurs salaries – CNAS) is to simplify administrative procedures and facilitate access to care for CNAS users affiliated to payment structures in the areas of the Great South and mountain regions, where medical check-ups are carried out periodically (one-four times per month); the Fund has set up a system of on-line prior medical check-ups or prior online medical examination.
In the Great South, places can be as far apart as 800 km, and the mountainous regions are difficult to reach, especially in winter.
This procedure will make it possible for CNAS users to obtain their medication under the third-party payment system (without pre-payment) from accredited pharmaceutical dispensaries, subject to prior medical examination.
