To enable the freedom of movement on the unified labour market of the EU, the Croatian Pension Insurance Institution (CPII) allows users to request and receive through the website (www.mirovinsko.hr) an electronic record (ERPS) of the data recorded in the CPII electronic database (information on the insuree's employment status).

After signing in and filing of a request for ERPS through a unique authentication system of the Republic of Croatia - the NIAS system, the users will receive ERPS immediately via their e-mail address, i.e. they will be able to download it from the CPII's user page.

The authenticity of the ERPS may be checked trough the CPII's web service (link – electronic record authenticity verification). That way the institution confirms authenticity of ERPS (containing no seal or signature).

ERPS advantages:

• allows citizens a modern, simplified and fast communication 24/7 with the CPII;
   
• ERPS is sent to the applicant by e-mail;
   
• users do not need to visit the CPII's counter;
   
• the new methodology for the verification of authenticity of the excerpt from the electronic document.
