Following a labour court ruling, determining whether a work relationship truly existed based on certain contractual circumstances, it is necessary to record the data collected from such rulings in order to formalize the collection of the social security debt and record the social security history of the employment relationship for the benefit of the worker.
Progress in this area can be achieved by ensuring the mutual collaboration between the management of the National Justice of Labour and the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) in terms of rulings and certified agreements by submitting the information electronically.
The Labour Court Rulings and Certified Agreements system (Sentencias y Acuerdos Homologados en Juicios Laborales (SEAH)) was implemented through this cooperation agreement, providing appointed users from each Court/Ministry with a tool for registering case file data and required information along with the parties acknowledged in the final ruling or Certified Agreement.
