The institution encourages and enables good communication practice in workplace health promotion.

Mechanism

The management should establish an online resource centre or website links dedicated to workplace health promotion for the use of client enterprises/organizations. Available resources could include general information and guidance on communicating health messages, establishing intranet health pages, the use of social media and sources of posters and leaflets.
Client enterprises/organizations should use their own communication channels to engage with their employees on health-related issues.
