  • The management should support its client enterprises/organizations by publishing workplace health promotion quality criteria.
  • In developing these criteria, the management may seek external expertise and review existing knowledge. They should take into account internationally recognized quality criteria, such as those developed by the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion (ENWHP).
  • The management should publish guidance on achieving high standards of workplace health promotion practice in general and specific topics in particular.
  • The management should establish ways to support enterprises/organizations seeking to develop high standards of workplace health promotion practice, including consultancy services, a help desk and web-based interactive forums.

  • Based on the quality criteria, the board/management should develop guidance on comprehensive workplace health promotion and specific health topics.
