- The board/management should formally commit to promoting the health of the institution’s employees and recognize the value in doing so.
- The management should ensure that this commitment is reflected in the institution’s vision and goals, well integrated into business and human resources policies and translated into action programmes.
- The management should ensure that the institution’s workplace health promotion policies are communicated externally and thus set an example for client enterprises/organizations.
