  • The workplace health promotion team should lead a consultation process on the institution’s role in workplace health promotion both inside and outside the organization, based on strategy workshops on health promotion with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • The workplace health promotion team should be an internal team (staff), but the team can seek external expertise and advice for support.
  • Those engaged in the consultation process should aim to define the institution’s role in answer to the following questions:
    • What is our (collective) vision of health promotion?
    • How can the social security institution promote the health of the insured population and society in general?
    • How can workplace health promotion strategies contribute to the organization’s goals and sustainability?
